This 8th Annual Sub-Saharan Africa Oil & Gas Conference, 2015 at the Houston Marriott Westchase, US promises more content, top speakers, more national oil companies and institutional participation.
This conference will engage with the global trends in the industry such as: the impact of falling oil price on offshore production, hydrocarbons as the motor for national development, environmental challenges, licensing rounds, investment opportunities, exploration and production updates, conventional and unconventional technologies, advances in geology, geophysics and reservoir engineering, project financing and debt restructuring.

Held at the Houston Marriott West Loop by The Galleria hotel, the list of speakers includes representatives from BNP Parisbas, the US Energy Information Agency and ExxonMobil Research and Engineering.

Day two will delve into the subjects of managing the environmental impact of shale exploration, supply chain management and maximising investment, among other topics. The Argentina Shale Gas & oil Summit 2015 will also feature an exhibition, giving companies the opportunity to showcase services and products.

Some of the highlights of the International Downstream Technology & Strategy Conference are discussions on petrochemicals developments in Europe, Central Asia and the GCC region. More specifics topics include Repsol’s carbon dioxide emissions reduction programme and the STAR refinery integration development in Turkey.
