BHP signs farm-out deals in Barbados
Barbados Shell will acquire 40% shares in the Bimshire and Carlisle Bay exploration blocks.
Completion of the deal is expected in Q2 2022 and is subject to regulatory approvals.
Cost of the transaction was not disclosed.
