Kuwait to build China refinery

DUBAI, October 25, 2018 – Kuwait has signed an MoU to build a new refinery in China, international media reported on Thursday.

The unit, to be located in south China, will be constructed in partnership with Chinese NOC Sinopec, Reuters reported.

Sinopec is China’s largest energy firm and is involved in all areas of the oil and gas value chain.
