Pakistan, Kuwait firms eye joint projects

ISLAMABAD, June 5, 2018 – Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (KUFPEC) and Pakistan’s Oil & Gas Development Company (OGDCL) signed an upstream co-operation agreement on Monday, Pakistani media reported.

 

The agreement will see the companies explore potential joint works in E&P projects in the Middle East, Pakistan and other international locations.

OGDCL will also be given the opportunity to participate in KUFPEC’S global operations as a joint-venture partner, according to the agreement.

KUFPEC has assets in 14 countries. In addition to the Middle East, Asia, the UK, Norway and Australia, the company also has a presence in Africa.
