Seadrill pens $361-mln extensions for offshore rigs

Seadrill has been awarded contract extensions for its three offshore rigs by Emirati NOC Saudi Aramco for work on the Arabian Gulf, the deepwater drilling contractor announced on Wednesday.

The AOD I, AOD III and West Callisto offshore rigs will resume work until June 2025, December 2025 and November 2025 respectively.

Total value of the extensions is USD 361 million.
