KPMG International is an international professional services network that provides audit and assurance, tax and legal, and advisory services. KPMG provides its services through independent firms located in around 150 countries, which together serve a global clientele. The firm is active in a range of sectors, including financial services, consumer and retail, infrastructure, government, healthcare and energy. Along with Deloitte, EY and PwC, it is one of the Big Four global accounting firms.

The audit and assurance practice offers actuarial services and conducts audits on corporate financial accounts, in addition to providing other services such as technology, quality and ESG assurance, and digital solutions for business and workflow analysis, and for conducting internal audits on operations and processes.

Advisory is KPMG’s largest business by revenues. The firm provides strategy consulting and services in relation to M&A, divestitures and other corporate transactions. KPMG experts also help clients manage special situations and a wide range of business transformations including financial turnarounds, management and portfolio restructurings, and international expansions.

The tax and legal practice is also involved in corporate functional transformations, and, in addition, provides advice on international business and employment tax, asset management, transfer pricing, corporate transactions and indirect taxation. KMG also provides legal support and services in a number of international jurisdictions.

While KPMG’s services are primarily geared towards corporations, the firm also works with startups, family businesses and private clients.
