Tecpetrol holds approximately 200,000 gross acres in the Vaca Muerta formation and has more than 760 wells in production for an average of around 1650,000 boepd. In aggregate, the company contributes approximately 18% of Argentina’s gas output.

The company’s producing assets are located in areas that offer access to oil processing and transportation infrastructure as well as facilities for primary and secondary gas recovery, as well as conditioning and processing.

In Argentina, the company holds stakes in various gas transport and distribution companies, and in Peru, it heads up the consortium in charge of operations and maintenance for the national pipeline transport system. Overall, the company operates more than 9,000 kilometres of gas pipelines.
